Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and property showings for prospective clients
- Explain project details, including:
- Amenities
- Location advantages
- Pricing and offers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Present and explain EMI options, loan assistance, and payment plans:
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, legal, finance) for smooth transactions
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends and competitor projects
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
