Through The Dressing Room, our online store on the CricHeroes app, we bring the same passion to cricket-inspired merchandise — offering fans and players high-quality apparel and accessories that resonate with their love for the game.

We are looking for a Support All-Rounder who will manage customer requests for The Store and ensure seamless support across all touchpoints. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want you on our team.

Deliver seamless, effective, and memorable support experiences while managing customer interactions across multiple channels.

You will act as the voice of the Store — ensuring every customer interaction builds trust, loyalty, and satisfaction. From handling order queries to resolving returns and exchanges, your role is critical in shaping the customer journey.

What You’ll Do

Customer-Centric Support




- Ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling heard, valued, and satisfied.

Problem-Solving & Resolution
- Resolve order-related issues, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and solve customer problems.

Operational Efficiency
- Track, monitor, and manage customer requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Communication Excellence
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Craft clear, empathetic, and professional responses across all channels.

Passion for Cricket & Merchandising
- Understand and convey the passion behind our merchandise to customers.
- Stay updated with product knowledge to assist customers better.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in CRM software
