We are looking for an Equipment All-Rounder - Cricket Bats with deep practical knowledge of bats and a strong connection to the local cricket ecosystem. This is an entry-level opportunity (0-1 year experience) ideal for a passionate local cricketer who understands bats inside out and wants to begin their professional journey in cricket commerce.

This role can be a full-time opportunity or an internship for someone who wants to turn their cricket passion into a career.

The Challenge

Build a strong, relevant, and trusted cricket bats category within CricHeroes Store — ensuring the right selection, quality standards, and player relevance.

You will contribute across product evaluation, grassroots insights, vendor coordination, pricing understanding,



and category support — helping shape how cricketers discover and buy bats.

What You’ll Do

Bat consultations with users
- Speak to users who book bat consultations for English Willow bats in the app.
- Understand their cricket, playing style, requirements using our data and from their inputs.
- Suggest the right bat for them from our inventory based on all the points, while keeping in mind their budgets.
- Educate them on English Willow bats where required.
- Required information and training will be provided.

Coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Evaluate different types of cricket bats (English willow, Kashmir willow, grades, profiles, weights, balance points).
- Provide hands-on feedback on bat pickup, performance feel, balance, and suitability for different player types.
- Assist in evaluating product quality, finishing, and consistency.
