Job Title: Architect

Location: Pune, India

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Architectural drawings using AUTOCADD and SketchUp.
- Create detailed 3D models and visualizations with Lumion.
- Produce high-quality renderings and presentation materials using Photoshop.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare Estimates, reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Robust design, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
- Architecture: 4 years (required)
