Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote power tool products

Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information

Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database calling Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer details

Understand customer requirements and forward qualified leads to the sales team

Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
