ob Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining pharmaceutical production machines in Granulation, Coating, Compression, and Capsule departments, ensuring smooth production as per GMP and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Granulation Section:
- Operate equipment like RMG (Rapid Mixer Granulator), FBD (Fluid Bed Dryer), Blender:
- Perform wet/dry granulation as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record)
- Monitor parameters like temperature, mixing time, and drying

2. Compression Section:
- Operate Tablet Compression Machine:
- Set machine parameters (weight, hardness, thickness)
- Perform in-process checks (IPQC) and adjust settings

3. Coating Section:
- Operate Coating Pan / Auto Coater:
- Prepare coating solution and monitor spraying
- Maintain coating uniformity and drying conditions

Capsule Section:
- Operate Capsule Filling Machine:
- Check capsule weight variation and locking
- Ensure proper filling and mínimal rejection

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
