*Job Title*: Dispatch Executive

*Experience Required:*

3-4 Years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Store Operations.

Location: Pune (Chinchwad)

*Qualification: 12th Pass or Above

*Job Summary:*

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day dispatch activities, ensuring timely shipment of materials as per the dispatch plan, coordinating with transporters and customers, and maintaining accurate dispatch documentation in the system.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1.Sales Invoice Creation*

Create Sales Invoices as per the approved dispatch plan.

Ensure all dispatch documents are accurate before shipment.

*2.Manpower Handling*

Handle and manage dispatch manpower for loading and unloading activities.

Ensure effective utilization of manpower for smooth dispatch operations.

*3.Vehicle Planning*

Plan and arrange vehicles as per the daily dispatch plan.

Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle availability.

*4.Vehicle Tracking*





Track dispatched vehicles and monitor shipment status until delivery.

Follow up with transporters for regular updates.

*5.System Updates*

Update daily transport and dispatch details in the system.

Maintain proper records of dispatch and transportation.

*6.Customer Coordination*

Communicate with customers regarding urgent dispatch requirements.

Provide dispatch updates and resolve dispatch-related queries.

*7.Internal Coordination*

Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Sales teams to ensure material readiness for dispatch.

*Key Skills Required:*

1. Knowledge of Dispatch & Logistics activities

ERP / System entry knowledge

Transporter coordination

Good communication skills

Planning and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of dispatch documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
