Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and support them throughout their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
- Convert leads into enrollments
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong communication
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Provide post-enrollment support and guidance
Requirements:
- Any graduate (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales/counseling is a plus
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Familiarity with MS Excel / CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
- Robust convincing ability
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Passion for education and student success
Pay: ₹10,328.14 - ₹33,391.25 per month
