Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the CBSE/ICSE/State Board curriculum for senior secondary classes.
- Exam Preparation: Conduct regular assessments, mock tests, and provide intensive coaching for Board Exams.
- Language Development: Improve students’ proficiency in reading, writing, listening, and speaking through innovative teaching methods.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to students, providing academic guidance and assisting with personality development and communication skills.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate student records, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to school events and exhibitions.
- Creative Writing: Encourage students to participate in debates, creative writing competitions, and drama/literary clubs.
