We are seeking a results-driven and highly organized Site Supervisor to oversee our civil construction projects. You will be the primary lead on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure work aligns perfectly with architectural blueprints and structural drawings.
- Labor Management: Lead and coordinate site foremen, skilled masons, and laborers to maintain high daily productivity.
- Material Logistics: Forecast and track inventory (TMT bars, cement, aggregates) to ensure zero downtime due to shortages.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of concrete mix, brickwork, and reinforcement to meet structural integrity standards.
- Safety Leadership:
Enforce 100% adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements for everyone on-site.
- Documentation: Maintain the Daily Progress Report (DPR), material logs, and incident reports.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or substantial equivalent on-site experience).
- Proven experience as a Supervisor in residential or commercial building projects.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting complex structural and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in site measurement, layout marking, and leveling tools.
- Solid communication skills to manage diverse crews and sub-contractors effectively.
