Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes, including tracking and coordination with OEMs for returns, replacements, and repairs
- Maintain and regularly update the Logistics Tracker to ensure accurate shipment visibility
- Generate and manage E-way Bills for all dispatch activities in compliance with statutory requirements
- Create and process Purchase Requests and packaging entries in Zoho ERP
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movements
- Support inventory monitoring, stock verification, and reconciliation activities
- Coordinate effectively with procurement, warehouse teams, and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with internal processes and audit requirements




- Assist in meeting dispatch timelines and achieving operational efficiency targets

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
