- Position: Academic Counselor / Career Advisor (Computer Institute):
- Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding various computer courses, career opportunities, and skill development paths
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses accordingly
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and online leads effectively
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing proper guidance and follow-ups
- Maintain student database and track inquiry status regularly
- Coordinate with faculty and management regarding batch schedules and course planning
- Support students throughout their learning journey and resolve their concerns
- Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions
- Job Roles:
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students
- Provide detailed information about courses, fees, duration, and career scope
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure trust and satisfaction




- Achieve monthly admission targets set by the institute
- Assist in planning marketing strategies to increase student enrollment
- Ensure proper documentation and admission process complianceRequired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred)
- Strong convincing and counseling ability
- Basic knowledge of computer courses and career trends in IT field
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and result-oriented
