Conduct a detailed inspection of L3 vehicles before delivery to ensure quality and readiness
Vehicle Delivery to Customer
Coordinate with the sales team for tia mely and smooth delivery process
Perform final readiness check before handover
Customer Education & Handover Training
Educate customers on:
Vehicle features and controls
Battery charging process & safety precautions
Driving guidelines and best practices
Repairing & Technical Support (L3 Vehicles)
Diagnose faults in EV systems
Handle warranty cases and technical escalations
Customer Support & Satisfaction
Address customer queries and complaints professionally and promptly
