We are looking for a skilled Architect to lead design planning and technical execution for premium residential projects.

Responsibilities
- Develop architectural layouts and space planning
- Prepare working drawings, GFCs, and technical details
- Ensure compliance with local regulations
- Coordinate with interior designers and execution teams
- Conduct site visits and resolve design challenges

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture
- 3-6 years of residential project experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (Revit preferred)
- Solid technical and execution knowledge

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Architect: 3 years (required)
