Position: Quality Inspector
Department: Assembly

Experience Required: 0-1 years in Assembly/Production Quality

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspection and Testing
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
- Use inspection tools and equipment to measure and verify products against specifications.
- Identify, document, and report defects, deviations, and non-conformities.

2. Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and observations.
- Prepare reports on quality issues along with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

3. Process Monitoring and Improvement
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.




- Suggest improvements in assembly or production processes to enhance product quality.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

Skills Required:
- Knowledge of inspection tools such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and visual inspection techniques
- Understanding of quality inspection processes
- Basic documentation and reporting skills

Educational Qualification
- ITI or 12th Pass

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
