Execute production activities as per daily/shift production plan.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure operations are within defined limits.
- Coordinate with operators and technicians for smooth plant functioning.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Handle basic troubleshooting during operations and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain production records, log sheets, and shift reports.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Support plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
- Work closely with maintenance, quality, and EHS teams.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
