We’re looking for a proactive and driven UPSC Mentor with 1-2 years of experience to guide aspirants throughout their preparation journey, provide academic and strategic mentorship, and ensure consistent progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily mentorship sessions (minimum 13 per day) with UPSC aspirants through Zoom.
- Each session should be at least 30 minutes long, ensuring personalized guidance and progress tracking.
- Address academic doubts, strategy-related queries, and study planning for UPSC CSE preparation.
- Track individual student performance, provide feedback, and ensure consistent improvement.
- Maintain session logs, student progress reports,
and communicate updates to the academic team.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of mentorship programs and student satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 0 to 2 years of UPSC mentoring or teaching experience (preferably in EdTech).
- Must have appeared in one UPSC CSE interview.
- Robust grasp of the UPSC syllabus and exam strategy.
- Laptop and stable internet mandatory.
