Sales Management: Achieve daily targets and maintain an efficient sales floor.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock, manage movements, and ensure accurate audits.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain appealing displays as per brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and manage staff performance.
- Customer Service: Handle complaints and build strong customer relationships.
- Reporting: Track sales, footfall, and expenses in Excel.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years in retail (men’s wear preferred); Durgapur/Asansol experience is a plus.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Retail/Fashion preferred; strong sales track record accepted.
- Leadership & team handling
- Good communication (Bengali & Hindi; basic English)
- Solid negotiation skills
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
