Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing all stages of translation projects right from receipt of a request from client, price and delivery negotiation, translator liaison, document correction, final delivery of projects to clients to post-delivery feedback Implementation
- Anticipate and advice on project plans, potential issues, prioritization and management of a project at the final delivery stage




- Quality check of the work
- Building excellent relationships with clients and vendors
- Liaising with internal as well as external contacts in the division (translators, project managers, editors, technical team)
- Contribute to improving Project delivery Methodology
- Ensuring that the quality of projects is met (content and delivery schedules)

Key Competencies:
- Must be a good communicator in both verbal and written. (Must be fluent in English)
- Computer knowledge: MS Office - Word, Excel, PDF, PPT, etc & HTML- tags, placeholder etc.
- Ability to build relationships and work well across functions.
- Positive Convincing and Negotiation Skills
- Strong and demonstrable problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent Team Player
