Job Title: Milling Machine Operator

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate milling machines to produce precision components as per specifications
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine settings
- Monitor machining processes to ensure accuracy and quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Maintain production records and report any deviations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience as a Milling Machine Operator
- Strong knowledge of milling operations and machining techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing workplace
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in CNC milling is an added advantage
