1. Product Listing & Content Management
Create, update, and optimize product listings on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and our own website.
Ensure correct product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and attributes.
Maintain listing hygiene and fix errors, suppressions, and QC issues.
2. Order & Inventory Management
Monitor daily orders and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for rapid processing.
Track inventory levels, update stock, and avoid out-of-stock situations.
Manage returns, RTOs, and replacement orders smoothly.
3. Marketplace & Seller Account Management
Handle seller dashboards, tickets, and communications with marketplace account managers.
Resolve listing issues, payment disputes, and compliance errors.
Maintain healthy account metrics (cancellation, late dispatch rate, etc.)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
