Prepare and process invoices for clients based on shipment details, contracts, and service agreements
Ensure accuracy of billing data — freight charges, taxes, surcharges, and adjustments
Match invoices against delivery documentation, AWBs, PODs, and contracts
Coordinate with operations to clarify discrepancies in rates or service charges
Follow up with clients on payment status and outstanding dues
Maintain accounts receivable records and aging reports
Generate daily/monthly billing reports for management
Assist in reconciliation of customer accounts
Handle client queries related to billing and provide timely resolutions
Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements
Ensure compliance with taxation and company policies

₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
