Job Summary:
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of goods/services to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery. The role requires strong coordination with internal teams, field staff, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule daily dispatch activities based on orders priority
- Coordinate withoperations teams for readiness of material/services
- Assign delivery staff/vehicles as per route and availability
- Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Track movement of goods/services and maintain real-time status updates
- Prepare dispatch documents (delivery challans, invoices, service slips, logs, etc.)
- Handle customer coordination regarding delivery/service schedules
- Manage discrepancies, delays, or dispatch-related issues




- Maintain accurate dispatch records and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety standards

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate

Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/operations coordination

Pay: ₹10,396.27 - ₹20,000.00 per month
