Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Register service requests, complaints, and technical issues.
- Troubleshoot basic internet connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with technical team for complaint resolution.
- Follow up with customers for service feedback and closure.
- Maintain accurate records in system.
- Upsell and cross-sell internet plans when applicable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part time
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 48 per week
