Qualification & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma / BBA / MBA (Engineering preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in industrial sales:
- Preferably from Electrical, Electronics, Welding & Cutting Equipment, Capital Equipment, Machinery or Automation industry

Key Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Technical understanding of electrical/electronic products
- Lead generation and field sales experience




- Customer handling and problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify recent customers through field visits, cold calling and networking
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable technical solutions
- Promote and sell company products and services
- Handle customer queries, complaints and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, engineering)
- Maintain customer relationships and develop new business
- Prepare sales reports and track targets
- Ensure product availability for demos and sales
- Visit customers and dealers regularly
