Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical qualified to support Internal

Financial Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR), internal audits, and management

audits. The role involves evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance, and

strengthening financial governance processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive testing of internal controls related to financial reporting

(ICFR).
- Participate in risk assessments and control evaluations.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather relevant

documentation and evidence.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing controls and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed testing documentation, working papers, and audit reports.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of ICFR policies and procedures.




- Perform Management Audits or special audits as requested by Management.

Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Tally / SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Experience in documentation and reporting standards.
- Knowledge of ERP-based control environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
