Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise furniture production on factory floor
- Manage carpenters, helpers, and machine operators
- Visit project sites for supervision and coordination
- Ensure proper installation as per drawings and measurements
- Monitor production quality and timelines
- Coordinate between factory, design team, and site team
- Maintain discipline, safety, and workflow efficiency
- Report daily progress to management

Requirements:
- 2-5 years experience in furniture / modular furniture industry
- Experience in both factory supervision and site handling:
- Ability to take measurements and understand drawings
- Hindi speaking mandatory (Tamil/English preferred)
- Solid leadership and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel for site visits

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of modular furniture installation
- Basic AutoCAD drawing understanding
- Basic computer or Excel knowledge

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
