You will be responsible for building solid digital brand presence, creating impactful content, and driving measurable business growth across social and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Create monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
- Manage end-to-end social media campaigns
- Optimize engagement, reach, and conversions (not just followers)

Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write compelling content for social media, blogs, landing pages, and ads
- Develop brand voice guidelines for clients
- Plan and create high-converting captions, hooks, and scripts
- Coordinate creatives (design/video) for impactful storytelling





Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Monitor KPIs: engagement rate, CTR, leads, conversions, ROI
- Use data insights to refine strategy
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights

Brand Building & Online Presence
- Build online positioning strategies for startups & enterprises
- Assist with website content structuring
- Improve website traffic through organic & paid channels
- Drive lead generation and revenue-focused campaigns

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing & content creation
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
- Proven experience in growing brands online
- Experience handling multiple clients or managing campaigns end-to-end
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
- Experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
