Job Title: Plating Supervisor

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all activities related to the plating process (gold, rhodium, silver, etc.).
- Ensure quality standards are met in accordance with company and customer requirements.
- Monitor and maintain plating bath chemical compositions and parameters.
- Conduct regular testing and documentation of plating quality and thickness.
- Troubleshoot plating defects and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain plating equipment and ensure proper preventive maintenance is performed.
- Train and guide plating operators and helpers.
- Monitor plating inventory and coordinate with the purchase department for material requirements.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards in the plating department.




- Record daily production reports and chemical usage logs.
- Work closely with the quality control team to resolve any issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in plating operations in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of electroplating techniques, bath chemistry, and plating equipment.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and plating specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in gold, rhodium, or micro plating in fine jewellery manufacturing.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
