Roles & Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, supporting strategic initiatives including SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, ServiceNow integration, and RBAC/ABAC policy rollout.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development of IAM strategy and define target architecture, aligned to business needs and security best practice.
- Lead the implementation of SailPoint for user lifecycle, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
- Design and implement RBAC/ABAC frameworks for user entitlements.
- Enhance CyberArk PAM tooling, including migration to SaaS and improved controls.
- Develop andmaintainsecurity architectural patterns for IAM,



authentication, and privileged access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance, business alignment, and effective rollout.

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in IAM architecture and delivery in large enterprises.
- Hands-onexpertisewith SailPoint, CyberArk, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Defender for Identity.
- Robust understanding of RBAC/ABAC, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
- Experience with cloud security (Azure, AWS), security operations, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
