Job Summary:
A Retail Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a positive shopping experience within the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and POS systems
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and returns
- Maintain store cleanliness and inventory checks
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations

Skills Required:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (POS billing systems)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills

Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- 0-3 years of retail or sales experience

Salary Range (India):
₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (Depending on experience & location)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
