About the role:
What you will do:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical roles
- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders





What you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in business Sourcing or Recruiting
- Strong understanding of technical landscape preference toward software engineering.
- Proven ability to source and recruit top talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
