GNM Staff Nurse Required - Hospital Job - Chennai

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to admitted patients
- Monitor vital signs and patient condition regularly
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Assist doctors during rounds and medical procedures
- Handle ward management, patient documentation, and reports
- Ensure infection control, hygiene, and patient safety
- Guide and support junior nursing staff and ANMs
- Deliver compassionate and professional patient care

Eligibility Criteria
- GNM course completed from a recognized institute
- Registered with State Nursing Council
- Freshers and experienced nurses can apply
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work hospital shifts
