Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, sanitary, comfortable, and well-maintained guest rooms and public areas. This role ensures that all assigned rooms meet the hotel’s standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards
- Change bed linens and make beds neatly
- Replace used towels and replenish bathroom amenities
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly
- Replenish room supplies such as water, tea/coffee, toiletries, and stationery
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor
- Ensure all lost and found items are handled according to hotel policy
- Follow health and safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
