Job Requirements:
- Experience of at least 5 years in microbiological testing and analyses.
- Previous experience in leading a team of minimum 3 people.
- An analytical mind
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Analysis on identification, enumeration, ELISA, classical microbiological test methods etc.
- Results interpretation and proper explanation to concerned stakeholders.
- Managing team of junior microbiologists by carefully supervising their testing, training them accordingly by proper feedback mechanism.
- Proper documentation as per ISO 17025.
