Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom & online training on Core Java, Advanced Java, OOP concepts:
- Teach Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, Servlets, JSP (if required)
- Conduct practical sessions, coding assignments & project guidance
- Prepare training materials, presentations & interview preparation content
- Evaluate student performance through tests and mock interviews
- Provide placement support and technical mentoring
- Stay updated with latest Java frameworks & industry trends

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Core Java & OOP:
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Hibernate:
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics:
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Ability to explain concepts with real-time examples
- Problem-solving & debugging skills

Qualification
- Any Graduation / Postgraduation
- Certification in Java (optional but preferred)
