Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in line with CBSE or equivalent boards, covering prose, poetry, drama, and functional grammar.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Design tests, assignments, and board-level examinations to assess student performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Student Mentorship: Guide students in analytical writing, literary criticism, and communication skills to enhance their academic and personal growth.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, productive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for literature.
- Collaboration: Work with department staff, participate in meetings, and maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education:



Master’s degree in English Literature or English Language.
- Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching degree.
- Experience: Previous experience teaching English at the senior secondary level (typically 1-3 years) is generally required.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills, in-depth knowledge of English literature, Proficiency in digital teaching tools, and classroom management.
- Competencies: Ability to motivate students, patience, and commitment to student success.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
