What will you do:
- Experienced in processing sales orders, sale invoices, e-way bill, LC, LCA and related documents to facilitate timely and accurate movement of goods. Liaison with Transporters / CFA.
- Well Versed with Tally, Excel, Order to Cash Process (OTC) & OTIF, Forecasting and Planning.
- Exhibits valuable customer management skills (Domestic / International) excelling in negotiations, planning, scheduling and ensuring payment on time.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date inventory records per trackers, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with the procurement team to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained
- Resourceful in addressing customer inquiries, customer concerns, and complaints related to the assigned category, providing excellent customer service.

What will you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education is required.




- At least 10 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems, alleviate conflicts and avoid escalations.
