We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven Academic Counselorto join our team and support UPSC aspirants in choosing the most suitable courses and mentorship programs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements and goals of students and suggest relevant courses or mentorship options
- Conduct regular follow-ups through calls to guide students toward enrollment
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
- Accurately record interactions and update student details in the CRM system
- Work closely with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
- Develop strong relationships with students to encourage continued engagement and referrals

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or a similar role (experience in EdTech or UPSC-related fields is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Freshers with good knowledge of the UPSC ecosystem are also encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
