Job Description (JD)

Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in computer systems
- Maintain records and files (digital & physical)
- Prepare reports using MS Excel & MS Word
- Print, scan and organize documents
- Maintain office database and ensure accuracy
- Support office staff with computer-related tasks

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint):
- Good typing speed (25-35 WPM preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge
- 10th / 12th pass or graduate

Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer course certificate (DCA / ADCA)
- Basic knowledge of Tally (optional)
- Good communication skills

Work Location:
Office-based job (private company / school / hospital / small business)
