Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan/financial products
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain relationship for closures
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the system
- Coordinate with credit/operations team for smooth loan processing

Eligibility Criteria:
- 1-2 years of experience in NBFC (mandatory)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Solid communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of loan products and sales process
- Graduate in any discipline
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
