We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and driven Research Executive (Leasing) Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Conduct cold calling and generate leads for commercial leasing opportunities

2.



Deliver compelling product presentations to clients and prospects

3. Source and identify commercial properties for leasing mandates

4. Manage end-to-end leasing transactions

5. Build and maintain relationships with brokers and HNI clients

6. Provide advisory support based on ROI (Return on Investment) analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
