Store Incharge (also referred to as a Spare Parts Incharge or Storekeeper) acts as the operational lead for managing inventory, logistics, and technical supplies required for vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Overseeing receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of spare parts and lubricants.
- Stock Control: Conducting physical audits to reconcile with SAP/ERP systems, ensuring FIFO (First-In, First-Out) compliance.
- Service Coordination: Coordinating with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely part availability to meet service targets.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining inventory records, MIS reporting, and managing vendor POs.
- Store Operations: Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2-6 years in inventory management, preferably in automobile service or manufacturing.
- Education: ITI, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production, or relevant experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (SAP/Tally) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, team supervision, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
