3. Qualification: ITI / GTTC / NTTF / Diploma.
- Technical Knowledge: A thorough understanding of CNC and VMC machines, including their components, functions, and operation principles is essential. This includes knowledge of various tools, materials, and cutting techniques.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to understand the required dimensions, tolerances, and machining operations.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming languages like G-code and M-code. This involves the ability to write, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs to achieve desired outcomes.
- Machine Setup and Operation: Competence in setting up CNC and VMC machines, including loading materials, tool selection, fixture setup, and calibration.



Operating the machines safely and efficiently to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Tooling and Workpiece Handling: Knowledge of various cutting tools, tool holders, and workpiece clamping techniques. Skill in selecting appropriate tools and adjusting machining parameters for different materials and cutting conditions.
- Quality Control: Understanding of quality control processes and inspection techniques to ensure the accuracy and precision of machined parts. This includes using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
