Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented Product Development & Merchandising Executive to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of jewellery products. The role involves coordinating with design, production, and sales teams to develop trend-driven collections and ensure timely delivery aligned with market demand.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

Coordinate with designers (manual & CAD) to create new concepts and finalize designs.

Ensure product feasibility in terms of cost, quality, and production timelines.

Work closely with the production team for sampling and approvals.

Merchandising

Plan and manage product assortments and collections.

Analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer demand.

Maintain product data, catalogues, and design records.

Monitor product lifecycle from concept to final dispatch.

Coordination

Liaise with internal teams (design, CAD, production, QC, sales).





Ensure smooth flow of information across departments.

Order & Inventory Management

Track orders and ensure timely execution and delivery.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory team.

Assist in pricing strategies based on cost and market trends.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or related field.

2-7 years of experience in jewellery merchandising/product development (freshers with relevant knowledge can apply).

Strong understanding of jewellery design concepts and manufacturing processes.

Knowledge of Excel and product tracking tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
