We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Leasing Executive to drive occupancy and revenue growth by identifying potential tenants, closing leasing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role involves both sales generation and leasing coordination for commercial/retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach prospective clients/brands for leasing commercial and retail spaces
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Conduct site visits and present property offerings to clients
- Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements in coordination with management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing) for deal closure
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and rental benchmarks
- Ensure timely collection of leasing documentation and payments
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills




- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Good understanding of commercial leasing and real estate market
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Educational Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred)
- 2 to 5 yrs experience in Real Estate / Retail / Mall Leasing / B2B Sales

Preferred Background:
- Experience in mall leasing, commercial real estate, retail brands, or B2B sales
- Exposure to client handling and deal negotiations

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
