Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements.
- Maintain waiting lists and ensure smooth guest flow.
- Coordinate with service staff for table availability.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide basic information about the menu and services.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentation of the reception/host desk.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and special requests.
- Follow grooming standards and hospitality etiquette.





Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is preferred.
- Ability to handle guests professionally during busy hours.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior hospitality experience is an advantage; freshers may also apply.
