Job Title: Video Editor (Reels + Podcast Specialist)About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, Shorts, and social media videos with trendy transitions, effects, and storytelling
- Create quick-paced, visually engaging content with attention-grabbing hooks
- Edit podcast videos (multi-camera setups, audio sync, cuts, subtitles, highlights)
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, and sound effects to enhance engagement
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone and current social media trends
- Deliver optimized videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Collaborate with the content and marketing team for creative direction

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in video editing (minimum 1-3 years preferred):
- Solid portfolio showcasing:
- Reels with smooth transitions and viral-style editing:




- Podcast or long-form video editing:
- Expertise in tools like:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
- After Effects (preferred for motion graphics)
- CapCut (for quick turnaround edits)
- Strong sense of:
- Timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Visual aesthetics and trending formats
- Knowledge of audio editing, color correction, and basic sound design

Pay: ₹10,187.70 - ₹33,843.38 per month
