Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Academic Counselor to guide prospective students through the entire admissions process. The role involves managing inquiries, maintaining structured follow-ups, and achieving monthly enrollment targets while delivering a positive and supportive counseling experience.

Note: Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students and recommend academic programs aligned with their career goals.
- Clearly explain program details, advantages, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Guide students from initial inquiry to successful enrollment.
- Achieve monthly counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate student records and CRM data.
- Coordinate with marketing, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, or a similar role.




- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Target-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-up management.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Mandatory: Submission of a short self-introduction video.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
