Qualification: Postgraduate degree / Ph.D as per university, AICTE, PCI norms

The Principal is the chief academic and administrative head of the institution. The role involves providing leadership in academics, administration, faculty development, student discipline, and institutional growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall academic and administrative operations
- Ensure quality teaching, learning, and evaluation standards
- Supervise faculty, staff, and departmental heads
- Maintain discipline and a positive campus environment




- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory norms
- Coordinate with management and external authorities

Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree / Ph.D as per regulatory norms
- Minimum 8-12 years of teaching and administrative experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge of academic policies and institutional management
